HOW DO I RESERVE TA-DA!?

Simply go to “Let’s Toast” and tell us about your event or email hello@tadabar.com. We’ll confirm your date, discuss your event details with one of our coordinators, assist with beverage selection, rental timeframe, logistics and bar particulars. Then, you’ll receive an e-mail with a rental contract. You can email us the signed contract with a 50% deposit, and mail a check to PO BOX 1358, Middleburg, VA 20118. And then, we’ll reserve your date upon contract and deposit receipt. Lastly, you’ll pay the remaining balance 60 days prior to your event and TA-DA! you’re done!

WHAT KINDS OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?

We are happy to host any indoor or outdoor event you can dream up…weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, milestone birthdays, bridal showers, corporate events, client and employee appreciation parties, golf tournaments, fundraisers and equestrian events/tailgates in Virginia.

 WHAT OTHER FUN IDEAS CAN TA-DA! HOST?

TA-DA! can be used as a dessert bar, bourbon bar, cigar and whiskey lounge, macaron bubbly bar, a to-go station, a full service bar, brand activations, a flower truck…the list goes on!

WHAT CAN WE PUT ON TAP?

Anything…it’s entirely up to you. TA-DA! can serve craft cocktails, mocktails, bubbly, wine, beer, cider, non-alcoholic beverages and cold-brewed nitro coffee. Our tap system is compatible with sixtel kegs, which can be found at your local distributor.

WHAT IS THE CLIENT RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Due to state laws, we cannot obtain an ABC license nor purchase alcohol. The contracted party would need to apply for an ABC License (Banquet) and purchase alcohol, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes.

CAN WE HIRE A BARTENDER FOR HAND-CRAFTED DRINKS?

Yes! Our skilled mixologists/bartenders can be hired for bar service @ $45 per hour, per bartender

CAN TA-DA! FIT INSIDE OUR VENUE OR TENT?

Absolutely! She’s 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and 5’3” in height.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EVENT?

TA-DA! needs to be within 30 feet of one (1) standard 110V outlet. Level ground is preferred.

IF POWER IS NOT AVAILABLE, HOW DOES THAT WORK?

No worries…we have a small, silent generator that can be rented for $95 and includes 5 hours of continuous run time. We would just need to know 48 hours prior to your event.

WHEN WILL YOU SET-UP FOR MY EVENT?

Our package pricing reflects set-up that starts 2 hours prior to the bar opening.

WHEARE YOU BASED & WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

TA-DA! lives in Middleburg, Virginia. Travel up to 30 miles of 20117 is included. We are happy to travel throughout Virginia. Travel more than the inclusion incurs a $4 per mile round trip fee.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A full refund is provided if you cancel up to 90 days from your event date. Our booking season is made in advance, so sadly, cancellations made less than 90 days of your event cannot be refunded.

 WHAT IS THE RAIN PLAN?

Sadly, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to the weather. We usually find an indoor location.

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL PACKAGES AND COSTS?

3 hour: $800 5 hour: $1,100 7 hour: $1,300

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes! TA-DA! carries general and liquor liability insurance covering Virginia.
