Simply go to “Let’s Toast” and tell us about your event or email hello@tadabar.com. We’ll confirm your date and discuss your event details. Then, you’ll receive an e-mail with a rental contract. You can email us the signed contract with a 50% deposit, and mail a check to PO BOX 1358, Middleburg, VA 20118. And then, we’ll reserve your date upon contract and deposit receipt. Lastly, pay the remaining balance 60 days prior to your event and Ta-da! you’re done!
WHAT KINDS OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?
Ta-da! is happy to host any indoor or outdoor event you can dream up…weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, milestone birthdays, bridal showers, corporate events, client and employee appreciation parties, golf tournaments, fundraisers, equestrian events and brand activations in Virginia, DC and Maryland.
WHAT OTHER FUN IDEAS CAN TA-DA! HOST?
Ta-da! is versatile and can be used as a dessert bar, cigar and whiskey lounge, macaron bubbly bar, brownie bubbly bar, a to-go station, a full service bar, brand activations, a flower truck, a photo booth or any idea you may have!
WHAT CAN WE PUT ON TAP?
Anything…it’s entirely up to you. Ta-da! can serve fizzy or non-fizzy beverages…bubbly, wine, beer, cider, craft and pre-mixed cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and cold-brewed nitro coffee. Our tap system is compatible with sixtel kegs, which can be found at your local beer and wine distributor.
WHAT IS THE CLIENT RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Due to state laws, we cannot obtain an ABC license nor purchase alcohol. The contracted party would need to apply for an ABC License and purchase alcohol, mixers, glassware or biodegradable stemware and we’ll bring TA-DA! with her package inclusions.
DO YOU SUPPLY THE BARTENDER(S)?
All of our packages include one bar attendant to serve tapped beverages only. In the event you would like a full service bar, we offer bartenders for $30 per hour. On the other hand, we are happy to work with your caterer if you use their bar staff instead. The caterer would then be responsible for set-up, breakdown and .any damages to the bar car.
CAN TA-DA! FIT INSIDE OUR VENUE, TENT OR ON A PATIO?
Absolutely! She’s 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and 5’3” in height and loves an indoor party as well as playing host to outside events.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EVENT?
Ta-da! needs to be within 30 feet of one (1) standard 110V electrical outlet. We would need enough room to pull our truck and trailer though, turn around and park. Level ground is preferred and a 20’ clear area.
IF POWER IS NOT AVAILABLE, HOW DOES THAT WORK?
No worries…we have a small, silent generator that can be rented for $75 and includes 5 hours of continuous run time. We would just need to know 48 hours prior to your event if you’d like to rent it.
WHEN WILL YOU SET-UP FOR MY EVENT?
Our package pricing reflects set-up that starts one hour prior to the bar opening. An additional fee may be charged if an earlier set-up time is required.
YOU BASED & WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL TO?
Ta-da! lives in Bluemont, Virginia (Loudoun County). Travel up to 40 miles from 20135 is included in the quoted price. Ta-da! loves a road trip and is happy to travel throughout Virginia, DC and Maryland. Travel more than 40 miles from 20135 incurs a $2 per mile round trip fee.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A full refund is provided if you cancel up to 90 days from your event date. Our booking season is made in advance, so, unfortunately, cancellations made less than 90 days of your event cannot be refunded.
WHAT IS THE RAIN PLAN?
Sadly, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to the weather. However, we can usually find an indoor location to use.
WHAT ARE THE RENTAL PACKAGES AND COSTS?
3 hour option: $700
5 hour option: $1,000
7 hour option: $1,200
WHAT OTHER SERVICE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! Ta-da! carries general and liquor liability insurance covering the DMV.
